Application Level One | CSCMP Certification

To qualify for Level One Certification, you must have either a bachelor’s degree from a four-year university, or four years of relevant supply chain experience. Examples of relevant experience include procurement, planning and scheduling, manufacturing and service operations, logistics, inventory, warehousing, and of course, supply chain management.

The application form must be complete and all entries must be legible to be considered for certification. Once you submit your application, it will take approximately 1 week to process. If approved, you will receive an email message with the link to Apply for the exam.

Incomplete forms will not be considered.
